Admission/Registration Office

We realize that a visit to the hospital for an emergency room visit, outpatient service or inpatient admission can present many questions and not just health related ones, so we want to provide you with as much information as possible to eliminate unnecessary worry and to assist you in making informed decisions about your care.

It is very important that you have your photo and insurance identification cards with you when you are admitted to Warm Springs Medical Center. This enables us to provide proper billing, verify insurance benefits promptly and obtain pre-authorization if necessary for all patients before receiving services.

You will be asked upon admission to pay any insurance co-payment or deductible not covered by your insurance. If you do not have insurance, you will be asked to pay for your services as they are rendered. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

As a courtesy to you, the hospital will bill your insurance company. If your insurance company requests additional information from you, please respond as soon as possible. A delay in returning the requested information will also delay payment to your account.

The hospital will bill and appeal any denials from your insurance company as a courtesy to you, but we do ask for you cooperation throughout the appeals process.

It is your responsibility to make sure any and all requirements of your health care plan are met prior to your procedure, test or admission. We will make every effort to assist you in this process, but the responsibility remains yours.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at 706-655-3331 and ask for our Registration Office.

Thank you for choosing Warm Springs Medical Center
