The facility recognizes the strong impact of the admission process on the patient or resident and his/her family and treats all individuals involved with dignity and respect.

Warm Springs Medical Center and Nursing Home participates in Federally assisted programs, complies with the requirements to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Under the provisions of that act, a participating facility is prohibited from making a distinction on the grounds of race, sex, religion, or origin in admission and treatment of patients; the accommodations provided; the use of equipment and other facilities; and the assignment of personnel to provide services.

Admission to Warm Springs Medical Center and Nursing Home must be on the advice of a physician. Warm Springs Medical Center and Nursing Home reserves the right to deny admission to an applicant when the nursing facility cannot meet the needs of the applicant.
